It is very important to teach the team how to win together. Cooperation comes first, not rivalry. People should be teammates, not just a group of professionals. Constructor helped us achive that. Constructor staff created an atmosphere in which the final reflection turned out to be as honest and open as possible. Great working tool for T&D and HR!

Real teamwork experience (including planning, project transfer, tradeoffs and win-win). We saw different behaviors of the teams and the results to which each of them led. Constructor is not just about assembling individual blocks, it helps to go beyond the task of one group, one level higher, by implementing the overall vision of the project. This is an important emotional victory for our team!

The program set-up made each team identify a leader . These leaders were not the only ones we expected to see. We were surprised to see how these specialists began to work and how their perceptions on the part of the working groups changed - this was a real leadership start for many of them!

The conducted Constructor training for BIOCAD on December 9, 2018 with its chain reaction system made an excellent impression in terms of content, organization and form. We saw how employees interact with each other, what roles they take and which ones don't. We made conclusions on what's important in team interaction and what's there to be improved.

It is not the first time that we conducted Constructor teambuilding program for our teams. I would like to especially emphasize the flexibility of customization for the specific tasks of the event, impeccable logistics, excellent involvement of participants and the professionalism of the coaching team, as well as the fact that the results we expected were achieved in full!

Constructor is really a very unusual activity, which makes it possible to make team building not in the key of competitive spirit, but, on the contrary, rallying the whole team, where each participant contributes to the overall result.
